The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts.....The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you choose, what you think, and what you do, is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny....it Is the light that guides your way.

I'm a firm believer that belittling another is the single-most condescending action a person can do and is nothing more than a direct reflection on how that person feels about him or herself. With that in mind, if you find yourself degrading someone else...and even have the nerve to write it, anonymously, to them..I suggest you take a look in the mirror and contemplate exactly why you felt the need to express that in the first place. I highly doubt they even asked your opinion, because if you were a decent human being you wouldn't have written in anonymously and, actually now that I think about it, you wouldn't have written it at all. I have absolutely no respect for those who choose to bring themselves up by putting others down, so I can see why you have no respect for yourself, or others for that matter.
Now that that's out of my system, I can forget about it and go for my run- it's my first day back on the track!! And good thing too, my next race is May 9th! Harvard Lab was exhausting this morning, testing my subjects is one of the most meticulous things I've ever done...so it'll feel good to stretch my legs out. Then it's back to CitySports this afternoon for another 7 hour work night - when did life get so hectic? What happened to summer!?
Oh and it's 40 degrees out and drizzling.
