First Track Practice

Well I just got owned by a piece of Rekortan. Tonight was the first track practice of the season before Nationals. What I thought was going to be a pretty easy practice ended up leaving me defeated and limping home from the TTC. Not only is my right calf cramping but my feet feel like they're on fire and somehow I've developed a back spasm. Who knew 5 400m repeats followed by 3 minutes job could be so devastating and damaging? I think I need to get back to track training. Anyway, my times were: 1:28 1:31 1:34 (I stumbled - stupid LAX bros) 1:31 1:29 At least I'm consistent.... So after practice I preceded to eat an entire large Pita, half a bag of pita chips, shower, and now I'm going to fall straight into bed and probably have nightmares of the TTC. love love love, me

You are so beautiful --> You are so fast You are so skinny --> Your calf muscles are huge How do you get your butt to look so good? --> How can I make my quads to look like yours? I really love your purse --> You have sick components on your bike Your outfit is so cute today --> Are those the new Zoot racing flats? Your new iPhone i...
