I'm thankful for days like today. Days where my body wakes me up at 6 am. Days where I spend all morning doing exactly what I want to do. Days where I run until my entire body collapses from exhaustion. Days where my best friend and I lay on the beach in the rain and pretend we're getting a tan. Days where I spend unnecessary amounts of money on fresh produce. Days where I nap while listening to the rain. Days where I chat on the phone with not one, but two moms. Days where I sip cranberry juice, do my nails, and watch a sappy movie. Just ordinary days. Days where nothing goes different, but nothing goes wrong. Days that I will forget about in the future until someone or something specifically reminds me. Days like this make up the years I look back upon and think, "those were the good days." love love love, me
