Yesterday I did hill repeats and can I just say: My ass has never hurt so bad in my LIFE. It's bad enough to not be able to cycle or swim for a week, but to not be able to sit? This is punishment I do not deserve. I always forget how painful hills can be because, news flash! There are no hills in Boston. At least none I can run to. So right now I'm chilling on my couch decked in pants and 2 hoodies, buried under 3 blankets, and still shivering because my parents insist on keeping the house at 65. Wooonderful. Coming from a family that runs the washer nonstop all day and throws away paper towels like it's our job I just have to wonder: since when did we turn so environmentally friendly???
